"So great! We will be back" 2 adults, one teenager and 3 kids 6-2. And it was amazing it was enough room for all of us. So close to the beach access bridge, garbage comes twice a day and the kitchen had ALL the things for cooking, even measuring cups, the washer and drier!! How did i ever stay anywhere that didn't have this, is such a life saver must have. PLUS it's your own like house, perfect for social distancing. And then the cherry on top is the owner, he is one of the sweetest, most attentive owners ever! I can't wait to come back SOON. We are had a blast.

"Relaxing stay in B-2 breakers west" Myself my husband and mother had a great stay in B-2 breakers west in May 2010. It is in a perfect location- just a couple of steps away from the beach with 2 pools outside the apartment. B-2 is a bright, cheery and well stocked apartment. Andrew and Susan were so welcoming and provided us with lots of information on things to do and places to eat in Sanibel. We can't wait to go back in the near future!

"Comfortable stay" Perfect location and great condo. However, cleaning service was not performed prior to my checkin and the owner was unreachable so I cleaned the areas myself. Overall, it was a nice stay.

"8th Wedding Anniversary" Loved the Condo. Highly recommend. The pools are excellent and the beaches are exquisite especially At. Andrew's. Right on Front Beach within walking distance of everything. Excellent service will be returning.

"Had a Wonderful Stay" We had a perfectly wonderful week at the beach at Beach Dreams. The owners were very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The property itself is gorgeous and you can't beat the proximity to the beach - just steps from the water. Highly recommend a stay here. Indian Shores is a great place for a family looking to get away from the cold

"Perfect Beach House" We loved the quaint little duplex. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Tim was a dream to work with. The A/C one of the units went out while we were there, and he had someone there first thing to take care of it. We will definitely be looking to rent from Tim again in the future.
